Scone-making Class
Have you ever wanted to make your own scones? Too afraid to give it a try? Here's your opportunity. Classes consists of up to 6 people, giving you hands-on experience for each person. Each student will get to interact with the flour, enjoy tasting their scones, take home the recipes and the scones that they have made.

Tea tasting Class
You may have your favorite flavor of tea, but still wondered what else was out there. Look no further. The Smith-Byrd House offers tea tasting classes featuring white, green, oolong, black and herbal teas. We set up 12 -14 different teas for the event. Each person will have the opportunity to taste each tea, evaluate the "cup," and take home a bag of tea.
